Connected2.me membership is free. You can fill the information on sign up form or choose to sign up with your Facebook account from the mobile application. To be able to use support services and change your password you must write a valid e-mail address on sign up form.

Username can not be changed after sign up process is completed. Each account has a unique username and personal link.

You can change your password from 'Change Password' tab in options menu on mobile application. The password must be minimum 6 characters containing at least a number and a letter.

When you click on 'forgot your password?' link, an e-mail containing your username and a reset password link will be sent to the e-mail address that you used to verify your account. You can create a new password following the instructions in the e-mail.

When you sign up the application using your facebook account, your facebook profile picture will be your connected2.me profile picture automatically. You can upload a new photo or change the current one following the 'profile -> edit profile -> change photo' path.

When you share the link that we created for you on your social media accounts, your friends can reach your account following the link. If your friends start a chat with you, they will be named as anon-xxx and you will not know who they are. Also, your friends who knows your username, can find you by searching your username on shuffle screen.

You can freeze your accounts broadcast by deactivating your account from the settings menu. If you want to activate it later, just sign in with your username/password.

Connected2.me membership is free. You can sign up easily and safely filling membership form.

If you don't want to be seen on shuffle list, you can deselect 'Show Me On Shuffle' feature from the settings.

By purchasing shuffle promote. You can be seen at the first page of the shuffle list and get more messages.

When you purchase Plus membership, different features will be added to your account. These features are;
Filter Feature: Helps you to find the people you seek for by filtering gender, age, country, city and online status.
Plus badge: A badge that will be added to your profile will draw a lot of attention.

You can cancel your membership from Apple Store or Google Play Store.

If you don't want to receive messages from a user, you can block user from the option next to follow link in his/her profile or selecting the block option at the right top corner of the chat screen.

You can chat with people who do you want to chat again with using 'Follow' tab in their profile pages.

You can only see the numbers of your followers on your profile. We do not share the list of your followers because it may reveal the identity of the anonymous users.

When you log out or delete the application, your old messages will be deleted. It is not possible to reach the old messages.

If you tried to upload different photos and still could not be successful, you can send a e-mail to support@connected2.me

Make sure all notifications are enabled both in application and your phone.

When you logout the application and login again, your anon link changes. When people send messages to your old anon link, you will receive the message notifications but can not see the messages.

If you are sure that your username and password is correct and still get the same error, your account might be blocked. People who has inappropriate profile photo or bio can be blocked. If you think that your account is appropriate, you can send an e-mail to support@connected2.me.

If you see this message, that means your device is blocked. Accounts and the also the devices which are specified below can be banned from the application.
- The accounts with the inappropriate photo and/or bio.
- The users who repeatedly disturb other users.
- The users who are reported by the other others many time.
If you claim that you didn't take any inappropriate action, you can use 'appeal' button in application. Your account will be analysed and the necessary actions will be taken.

If filtering does not work when you buy plus membership, make sure your phone settings are set correctly.
